I would love this feature. They already have an API for exporting, so could potentially be a smaller issue. Also, Freshdesk would proberbly invest in getting this done..

50000 happy customers are using freshdesk, and I'm one of them, POWERBI&Freshdesk Integration could give an added value to both solutions to grow.

Yes likewise, we are reliant on freshdesk and are exploring power bi as our tool of choice, it is a big disadvantage that mandril, mailchimp, ga are available; however one of the other core components is not. Would be a great addition to add this dimension to the mix
