It would be great if the embedded report in my website can be printed (either printer or PDF) as we can from powerbi.com and maybe sending the current view by email would make it better.

Thank you for your feedback. The 'Print report' feature is supported in Power BI Embedded. The answer "completed" is not acceptable and the fact that the admin feels that it is reflects the misalignment the community and the management of this particular forum.

The print feature is only available for the currently shown page, and you also have to play with the print settings to make sure everything fits and looks correct. Most of my end users have issues with this. Please give me abilty to print all pages in the same manner, or just give us the ability to download as a powerpoint where each slide is a page in the report, or export whole report to PDF.

The functionality currently present is just doing the window.print () as also mentioned by lots of other people. If there is a horizontal scroll bar, it doesnt even print the full chart, this cannot be marked as completed. This is must have thing along with an export to pdf option.

I totally agree that printing functionality should be in the PowerBI embedded.

This idea should be reopened, there should be added functionality within the embed presentation. Similar to when you embed a publish to web solution you get the "Share" icons along the bottom.

Print in powerbi embedded is not printing the report's/ visuals' background colors properly.

Hi, fully agree - current solution is not realistic & workable as can't print multi-pages.

Is it possible to print the embed power bi report contains chart and data together from website directly? It is really a critical functionality for us.

I agree with the comments below. This is clearly not complete. Obviously the requirement is to be able to print the embedded report, not the browser window!
