need to protect the pbix file in power bi desktop with a password to change it, if dont provide it then the file only can read it and refresh the datasets

Hi group - any progress on this? In a similar fashion, we too are trying to deploy the PBIX file to the field for end users who are unable to get to the cloud/website.
How do I "lock down" the design/layout/etc - so that an end user can only use the report as designed?

I have the same question/request to this. Need to protect the pbix file in the Power BI as like we do for those Excel files.

this would definitely be useful! I had this thought too and was bummed when i realised it's not currently an option.
