Great suggestion, thanks! Who else is looking to analyze Exchange information? If you think it'd be valuable, please add your votes!

RE: Office 365 Exchange Data

hello yes I have two large US tenants that need to scope their exchange mailbox data for a massive project, using powershell to do this is difficult since I get throttled and I have to break down the queries by 200-300 MBX doing this for over 50k users have been very labor intensive

Ability to analyze exchange data from online archives, currently I can only see information of the mailbox, and not of the associated archive mailbox.

RE: Office 365 Exchange Data

There's an exchange data connector in Power BI currently, but I cannot find a way to make it query my entire exchange organization. It just wants to query one mailbox at a time in-depth. I'd love to have the option to get some high level analytics information for my entire organization, such as emails sent and received per user per day. We have productivity dashboards in place now with all sorts of good information, so the ability to add in one more "perspective" on how email is handled would be awesome.

Hopefully this feature request is still being monitored and worked on since it's marked "under review", even though technically an exchange data connector appears to have been added to Power BI at some point after the original user made the request.

Ability to collect Calendar Events for all or select individuals vs. one individual as it is currently set up for. We have a unique domain that captures calendar events and to pull the data I have to change the login ID/Password save to excel and import into sql to further analyze the data. This would help our call center

Looking to use Power BI/Power Query to have a dashboard of the contents of exchange to show stakeholders as part of an exchange migration project.

RE: Office 365 Exchange Data

i can't refresh my exchange data from the power bi web app. This should be implemented, because allowing only to have a manual solution on power bi desktop doesn't make any sense for this type of data

RE: Office 365 Exchange Data

This would be huge, especially for use with sqlbi.com's Synoptic Panel visualization. We are working on a conference room availability report, and this is the data source we need.
