    Copy text from slicers and tables

    It will be very useful if we could easily copy text displayed on tables cells, and slicers to clipboard to reusing them on other applications or in formulas.

    You can copy from table and matrix visuals by right-clicking and choosing Copy Values. Thanks for supporting this idea!

    Hard to believe there isn't a 'Copy Data' option when you right-click a field, this seems like it should be common sense.

    How many votes and suggestions in the forum are needed to make this happen??

    Already there are well over a dozen different suggestions each with many votes requesting this functionality, and EVERY USER wants this.

    Why is copy paste something that we even have to ask for?!?!

    Should someone really have to export an entire table when all they want is to copy a quote from one line???

    This is a truly stupendous FAIL that it was not available from day 0.

    Quite crazy that something as essential as copy-paste is not implemented yet.
    When I need to copy a single value, for now, what I do is to use the browser's Dev tools to get to the HTML of an element, and copy from there.
    Much easier than exporting data to a CSV, saving, opening, then copying... But really not ideal.

    Our reports show data by guids or other similar IDs - need to be able to copy and paste to go look up the item in our CMS or other relevant system without having to export a whole CSV file just to copy one cell from the displayed report.
    Major pain point. Primary reason our team has clung to Excel for so long.

    A major gap. Forces user to go back to Excel for copy/paste of what he found using PBI.
