KPI Red/Yellow/Green Indicators were available in Power Pivot. With the new Power BI Desktop this feature is not available anymore. If you import from PP to the Desktop it converts the RYG Indicator Dots to a number. Will the Red/Yellow/Green Indicators be added back to PowerBI Desktop? If so When?

It's very exciting to be able to close this idea! With the July 2019 release of Power BI Desktop you can now create icon sets that show status indicators, in fact a whole range of icons, in your table and matrix visuals. Either that or be able to format one field based on the rule applied to another field. For example if the diference of value and target is above 0, apply the formatting not only to the diference field but to any other field I specify. Font formatting should be allowed too.

When doing conditional formatting for tables, we should be able to specify a non-fixed/constant value, such as a value that comes from another field.
In addition to that we should be able to specify a KPI coming from the analytical model itself. We could then have all the logic within the KPI in the tabular model, but then use that to conditionally format cells in a table rather than adding the KPIs as additional columns.

what does it mean?? We need to have the ability to create Kpis like in power pivot, so then you can monitor your business with 'alerts'S!!

I don't get why we even have to vote for this, its inclusión should be natural.

One easy way to have icons, arrows and any other image as a way to show meaning to a value is to give measures the ability to be set as a URL Image. I already have a model set up to show, grey, red, yellow, green and blue Icons according to % value.
The only thing missing is measures being URL image. It would work like a charm.
Since Power BI is about visuals, I don't understand why this is not implemented yet.

Conditional formatting of table and matrix cells is a MUST !!!!!

Could be possible to have custom images instead of green, yellow and red colors?
