We generally show help icons as images in the dashboard. If we can have the hyperlink option on this help icon it would be great.
Hyperlink option is already available on the text object, same can be present on the image control.

Ridiculous that such a basic, simple bit of functionality that has been around in internet for DECADES isn't supported by Power BI. Need to allow for:
1) Images to have an associated hyperlink
2) Shapes to have an associated hyperlink
3) Buttons to have an associated hyperlink

Agreed. It's absolutely unbelievable that this isn't yet a thing. What's more, although you can link from an image to a bookmark, you can't link from an image to a page (without losing all your slicers). Who overlooked this?
