The other day, one of my customer told me that one of the report page was not neccessary. So I deleted.

Now, he says he wants this page back, but I have to replicate it.

It Would be great if we had the possibility of hide a page, so we don't need to delete and recreate if needed.

Thanks!

Unfortunately, I forgot to update the idea but we did finish this feature back in January! https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-january-2018-feature-summary/#hidePages

Should perhaps be combined with this: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/10292349-hide-pages-in-a-report-when-you-share-a-report-in?

RE: Adding a "Hide Page" option

We need this feature as well. Maybe you are working on a few new pages for a team, but you don't want to have them visible yet. At the same time you have to make a change to another page and publish the workbook. With the hide, you don't need to maintain multiple workbooks for the same area.
Another approach would be to make it possible to select the pages that are to be published, when clicking the Publish button - like when you save Excel to Excel Services and only picks specific Sheets when saving.

Also useful where you want to pin live report to a dashboard. The version you pin to the Dashboard needs to be very compact and simple. In the Report you have more space and can add complexity. Good to show only one version of the same info in the Report - saves confusion.

RE: Adding a "Hide Page" option

I agree with this idea, and the proposal to manage pages with security Roles. Thank you!

Agree with Kirk, if you could have 1 master report with different tabs appearing depending on user role. It would make the maintainability of the .pbix file much easier.

RE: Adding a "Hide Page" option

We would like to see this capability to Hide/Unhide by users and groups as well. A store level user can't see the District Tab for example because of his user or group ID.
