Since the last update the format of percentages is broken.
Everywhere we see something like: 75,40,94 % , while the correct value is 75,40 %. Setting 1 decimal isnt helping. Only 0 decimals is showing the correct percentage, but that is not an option. This happend at all our customers, in every existing dashboard/report that is connected to a tabular model through the Data Gateway.

This has been fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I believe they fixed it! This morning we got the feedback from some of our customers that the format is correct again with their profile language still on dutch!

We create the reports in dutch. The visuals are correct when I set my profile language to english. This only occurs when connecting to an on premises tabular model through the datagateway.

There is a workaround. You can set the language in the preferences/options in the desktop and web service to "English". Unfortunately this does not seem to apply to the iphone app since I cannot find any language options.

Even if it's not fixed in PowerBI desktop for a while, do you have an estimate on when this will be resolved for the Online version?

Sorry for the late reply. Like the other people, yes I'm using Dutch (dag landgenoten), so it seems the issue is only in the Dutch language. About 1-2 weeks ago I also emailed this issue to the PowerBI team (the address found in the "send a frown" option), and someone confirmed that more people are having this problem.

We have the same issue here, that is; only for some of the colleagues. My computer is using English region for formatting: no issues. My colleague uses Dutch region formatting and is seeing the problem (' 26,3,4% ')

As the colleague of Kai I know the reports are created in Dutch. If we change to English it's working like it should.

RE: Percentage format in visuals is broken since last update

I can confirm that it happens by creating reports in Dutch. Not sure about other languages.
