The 'See Records' feature is a great feature but is not complete. It needs to be able to

1. Be used with all types of visuals (charts, tables, matrix, custom visuals)
2. Compatible with Calculated measures
3. Allow for feature to be turned on or off for each individual visual

RE: See Records feature improvements

Really need to be able to turn this feature OFF to protect corporate level figures but still to be able to show relative performance - just being able to disable the Show Records and Show Data would resolve my particular issue. To get around the issue at present I have to multiply all values by a random number so that the 'real' values are not accessible but the relative values between periods etc are valid

RE: See Records feature improvements

This would be a great addition (especially to summary tables and measures). A lot of users want to drill down and see which records are driving the metrics.

Could really use this function...the matrix I set up will be used to provide a filtered data set with the details they need...yet we can't export on the measures they will be using to compare against. Please add this sooner than later!

RE: See Records feature improvements

This is a necessity, we need to be able to rearrange/format/select defaults for this feature.

RE: See Records feature improvements

This was proposed over 2 years ago and still hasn't been setup? It would really be helpful. Users want to see underlying data but it's real let down when the data they're provided isn't complete.

Please make sure to keep Power BI Report Server in mind too if/when this is addressed!

RE: See Records feature improvements

Not being able to use this feature with measures makes it next to useless and encourages poor design practices. Being able to turn the functionality on and off is also critical. There are so many really fantastic features being added to Power BI. This one seems like a basic requirement.

RE: See Records feature improvements

This is really needed and will add value to the see records option. Can't believe it still hasn't been completed after such a long time...

Desperately need to be able to turn this off! It is a major concern for privacy!

RE: See Records feature improvements

Really need to be able to define the columns that appear within the See Records and also the order that they appear in.
