    Create a connector for ServiceNow in the Power BI Desktop "Get Data" list.

    My company is also very interested in this type of connector. The Incidents content pack is very useful, but we are also using Service Now to track projects and would love to be able to dashboard that data as well.

    needs to be a native connector so we can bypass the odbc 10000 rows limit and not have the web service based connection for connecting to entire set of tables both delivered and custom in ServiceNow.

    Currntly only Incident table data is available.
    Tables which needs to be fetched in Power BI from service now are
    1) Task SLA [task_sla]
    2) Configuration item [cmdb_ci]
    3) Incident metrics [incident_metrics] if possible.

    The Incident connector is great, but access to additional other tables/classifications like Tasks, Surveys, etc. would allow much broader connections and deeper analysis of the data.

    Support for Requests and Change Request not just incidents is really needed to make this useful for us. Is this coming?

    Could we get a more configurable connector? Defining tables/queries for gathering data would greatly improve the viability of using Power BI in conjuncture with ServiceNow.
