Create a connector for ServiceNow in the Power BI Desktop "Get Data" list.

Add Request and Changes to the ServiceNow Content pack. Today, only Incidents are included in the Content Pack.

It will be nice if we could connect to the ServiceNow Content Pack via PowerBi Desktop. Also it will be nice if the ServiceNow Content Pack would allow us to see the custom fields.

We also have Solarwinds, Avaya, Cisco UCCE, Netcool and more, all built entirety upon the Microsoft BI stack. It is meant for customers with > 150 in IT.

service now connector definitely required, running from webpage not the best way

A full integration with ServiceNow is truly needed. This needs to include the Hardware and Software asset tables, Incidents, Requests, Project and Surveys.
