This is actually quite of a great idea. It would prevent the planner to check the Work Order record.

The new UCI Date Field isn't as forgiving as the old Date Fields, You use to be able to paste in a lot of date values as well, and CRM would auto correct it to the correct format. This was a nice feature I used a lot, and has also disappeared. Like I could paste in 1/1/20 and it would correct it to 1/1/2020 but not it generally just errors out in the new UCI.

This was a really promising feature when it first came out, but became real apparently the idea was half started and so far seems it has already been abandoned. I purposely keep users away from this field to much, because of the missing support it has.
It needs support with Workflows, and business rules, and needs improvement with overall UI. A select all would be nice, and the ability to see the values selected better. Often the multi select collapses the selected values or cuts off the text on everything so you can't even see what is filled out. The multi select widget doesn't work nearly as well as you see it on other sites that have it.

Wish more people would vote on this. This has a been a big thing for views for a long time, and makes advanced find a lot more confusing and daunting to use. I would proposed "Not Searchable for Users" to be exact. Its still nice to have access for admins. I would also like to see Advanced Find get replaced with the new Power Apps view editor. Not sure when Microsoft plans on sort of integrating that experience for front end users, but it works great for admins and makes views a lot easier to build.

I have light sensitivity and not having dark mode is killing me. Also being color blind, I find contrast to be harder to see in the light mode and themes than dark.
