Our client is planning for the Microsoft products life-cycle upgrade. Unfortunately the current Dynamics 365 (CRM) on-premise versions 8.2 and 9.0 do not yet officially support the latest stable versions of SQL Server and Windows. Is there any plan until when these will also be supported?

In addition to increasing the badge text length, would it also be possible to make the badge tooltip text extensible via a new event publisher?

We may want to show information in the tooltip above and beyond the company name when the badge is clicked. There is currently no event available for this.
