How can Power BI help me increase the efficiency of my customer support team?

In PBI Desktop for Report Server, you can edit your parameters. When report is deployed to the Power BI Report Server, you can edit the parameters on the server. I believe this capability already exists on the PBI Service.
We have a group of people using Power BI reports, in which a Subscription is created by me is not visible by others. when report screenshots are sent to subscribers they receive the default generic report view even if they configured a personal bookmark and set it as the default view. We would like to have a custom email with the custom view for each subscriber.
At the moment, users can subscribe to a report or a dashboard and receive an email which contains a link to the report and an image of the report. It would look so much better if you were able to configure the email layout, much like you can in Reporting Services.
Be able to display data labels only in focus mode. Because on the reports they are so many data labels on a chart that we don't see anything and better remove them, but we need to see them all when in focus mode. Thank you for thinking about this improvement.
